Commission Prices

• Please read through my Terms of Service before ordering a commission.
• Prices listed below are base prices and may vary according to complexity, props etc.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Turnaround time is anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks.

Terms of Service

• Commissioned artwork is for personal, non- commercial use only, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.
• Commissions are a digital product, no physical copy will be shipped to you.
• I retain all rights to my artwork in any form.
• I reserve the right to distribute or use the commission for sales and/or self- promotion.

❖ E.g. Uploading to social platforms, speedpaints, commission samples, streaming services etc.
❖ Please inform me beforehand if you would like your work to be anonymous/ private.

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel and refund an order at any time.
• You are not permitted to sell, edit/modify, distribute, claim credit or trace the commission without my permission.
• I do not allow my artwork to be used for the purpose of NFTs or any crypto currency.
• Clients are kindly requested to credit @Aoisuu_u on twitter for any artwork used.
• General turnaround time for orders is 2- 8 weeks.

Custom Emotes

• Emotes may be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
• Emotes may not be printed or sold as merchandise.

Payment

• Payment is made via Paypal invoice in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
• Full payment is required before any commission work starts. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
• Do not send any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Revisions and Feedback

• A rough sketch will be sent for approval after payment has been made. Please use this time to make any changes or additions.
• You have 3 major/ minor revisions maximum during the drafting phase of the commission.
• Once you have approved the sketch, no revisions will be accepted.
• You will receive a low resolution image for final approval before I send you the high resolution files.
• A maximum of 2 minor color revisions may be requested during the final image approval.
• You are guaranteed 2 WIPS as stated above, but you are free to request a WIP at any time.
• After the order is completed, if there are any missing or inaccurate details on my part, it will be fixed.
• I will not redo a finished commission.

Refunds

• No refunds on finished commissions.
• If the commission has not been started yet or if I cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• If cancelled after the sketch stage, only 50% of the total price will be refunded.

Chargeback

• You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
• If for any reason your Paypal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
• You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.

By ordering a commission, you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service agreement stated on this page.
